JOXU is provided by Flexor Group B.V. These are the arrangements for the current service. Updated 18 October 2026.
Service and price
The JOXU service stays free throughout 2026 and 2027. The expected 2028 price is around €20–€30 per year, not a final tariff. We will tell you in advance and ask for agreement before a paid continuation. Creating a free account does not authorise automatic payment. Equipment, installation, your energy contract and third-party charges are separate.
Equipment support
Support depends on the brand, model, software and manufacturer access. The devices page distinguishes available features, testing and future plans. A request is not an order or a promise of a delivery date.
Your settings
You choose which devices JOXU may read or control. Provide accurate details and protect your credentials. Electrical work should be done by a suitable person. The equipment’s own protection and limits remain important.
Forecasts and measurements
Plans use available prices, forecasts and settings. A plan or sent command does not prove actual charging or heating. Check measurements for actual operation. We promise no fixed saving.
Development and availability
Features may change and manufacturer connections may be temporarily unavailable or altered. We follow up on requests and discuss what is possible. Future plans have no fixed delivery dates unless separately agreed.
Stopping and your rights
You can stop and delete your account. Keep any data you need first and check your device settings. Email [email protected] for questions or complaints. These arrangements do not limit statutory consumer rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
