JOXU EDGE

Already flashed.

This is the no-cable path. The image, including OTA, is already on the SuperMini. You only give it house Wi-Fi and couple it to one inverter.

What you need

An Original JOXU Edge (ESP32-C3 SuperMini, already flashed). USB-C only for power — a phone charger is enough. Your JOXU password. Phone or laptop to join the board Wi-Fi. No Chrome flash, no computer cable.

Original JOXU Edge: the firmware is already on the SuperMini. USB-C is power, not a flash cable.
Devices → Add remote (or Manage device on an existing Edge card).
  1. Power the board

Plug USB-C into any 5 V supply. Do not click Install over USB. The blue GPIO8 LED shows it is alive. After a few seconds it raises Wi-Fi named JoxuEnergy plus the last four MAC characters.

  2. Open Devices

Sign in, open Devices, pick the installation, then click Add remote. If an Edge card is already there, open Manage device instead.

Skip Install over USB. Confirm your JOXU password, then Create enrollment code.
  1. Create an enrollment code

Confirm your JOXU password and create a 24-hour code. Keep that password filled in so you can Couple afterwards. Skip Install over USB.

Join JoxuEnergyXXXX, open 10.0.0.1, enter house Wi-Fi and the enrollment code.
  1. Join JoxuEnergyXXXX

On a phone or laptop, join that SoftAP, open http://10.0.0.1, pick the house network, enter the Wi-Fi password and the code. After enroll the same name is the LAN hostname.

Waiting to couple: inverter, LAN IP, unit 247, then Couple.
  1. Couple to the inverter

When the board is waiting, enter the inverter LAN IP and unit id (GoodWe factory is 247) and click Couple. Dashboard stands can then go over local Modbus. Mode 7 stays blocked.

Read board version. Current JOXU Edge and On this board should already match on an Original.
  1. Confirm the version

Click Read board version. Current JOXU Edge and On this board should match. Later images go over remote OTA. USB stays the recovery path only.
